de\u00a0Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f6d1ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" Inform\u00e1tico se define como \u00abUn conjunto de principios y normas que regulan los efectos jur\u00eddicos nacidos de la interrelaci\u00f3n entre el Derecho y la inform\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p>El t\u00e9rmino \u00abDerecho Inform\u00e1tico\u00bb (Rechtsinformatik) fue acu\u00f1ado por el Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Steinm\u00fcller, acad\u00e9mico de la Universidad de Regensburg de Alemania, en los a\u00f1os 1970. Sin embargo, no es un t\u00e9rmino un\u00edvoco, pues tambi\u00e9n se han buscado una serie de t\u00e9rminos para el Derecho Inform\u00e1tico como Derecho Telem\u00e1tico, Derecho de las Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas, Derecho de la Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n, Iuscibern\u00e9tica, Derecho Tecnol\u00f3gico, Derecho del Ciberespacio, Derecho de Internet, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Se considera que el Derecho Inform\u00e1tico es un punto de inflexi\u00f3n del Derecho, puesto que todas las \u00e1reas del derecho se han visto afectadas por la aparici\u00f3n de la denominada \u00abSociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n\u00bb, cambiando de este modo los procesos sociales y, por tanto, los procesos pol\u00edticos y jur\u00eddicos. Es aqu\u00ed donde hace su aparici\u00f3n el Derecho Inform\u00e1tico, no tanto como una rama sino como un cambio.<\/p><h4 dir=\"auto\" node=\"[object Object]\">\u00c1mbitos Principales de Aplicaci\u00f3n<\/h4><p dir=\"auto\" node=\"[object Object]\" style=\"white-space-collapse: preserve;\">El Derecho de las Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas, tambi\u00e9n conocido como Derecho Digital o Derecho TIC (Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y las Comunicaciones), abarca un amplio espectro de regulaciones que responden a los desaf\u00edos planteados por la digitalizaci\u00f3n. Sus principales \u00e1reas incluyen:<\/p><ul dir=\"auto\" node=\"[object Object]\">\n<li node=\"[object Object]\"><strong node=\"[object Object]\">Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y Privacidad<\/strong>: Regulada en Espa\u00f1a por el Reglamento General de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos (RGPD) de la UE y la Ley Org\u00e1nica 3\/2018 de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales y Garant\u00eda de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD). Incluye la gesti\u00f3n de datos en entornos digitales, el derecho al olvido, la portabilidad de datos y la protecci\u00f3n frente a brechas de seguridad.<\/li>\n<li node=\"[object Object]\"><strong node=\"[object Object]\">Comercio Electr\u00f3nico y Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Normativa sobre contrataci\u00f3n online, firma electr\u00f3nica, publicidad digital y derechos de los consumidores en plataformas electr\u00f3nicas (Ley 34\/2002 de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n y Comercio Electr\u00f3nico).<\/li>\n<li node=\"[object Object]\"><strong
